| Hello is getting way too sketchy for my liking. While I have grabbed a number of items including a couple of basses, Marketing is becoming misleading at best.
First there was the famed Fender Tweed case sale. I bought two. They charged me. 3 weeks go by and they are still a no show. I email and ask where my order is. They explained that Fender was unable to honor their purchase. In all fairness they refunded me within hours of my request.
The latest seems to be announcing items that are are sold out within seconds of, or possibly before receiving the email. Or even better, the item is not on the site when you scramble for a purchase upon receiving the email. And yes, I have even gone to the site prior to them doing the days update.
Disappointing that the importance of getting clicks has now superceded their desire to protect their reputation.
