Hey Gibson Neck Fans! (RD Artist content)

NOTE: I am not affiliated with the seller in any way, other than the fact that I just bought three of these neck blanks. The moderators can move or delete this post as they see fit:

GIBSON RD ARTIST NECK BLANKS FOR SALE ON EBAY

http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Gibson-N...-/250651469187

I just received mine, and despite the vague description in the auction, these neck blanks match my '77 Gibson RD Artist exactly. (Plus the tiniest bit of tolerance to be sanded/planed down.)

These are SET NECKS and will require a bona-fide luthier to attach a fretboard and build a bass around, but these are NOS Gibson RD Artist necks from the now defunct Kalamazoo Gibson plant.

My '77 Gibson is my all-time favorite neck to play, so I had to buy a few.

The price is right! Get in on the 70's Gibson mojo for a fraction of the cost!

(Note, my neck blanks are date stamped 1980, but who cares. These are RD Artist necks!)

I got one

a few months ago. Nice neck, and the price is great. Some sanding required, but for some reason sanding a neck is actually fun.
