In the many, many, many, many orders I've placed with them by phone with kludgy discount deals, nearly always when the phone kid is a boy, he'll do almost anything to make it happen, sometimes taking as long as twenty or thirty minutes to fiddle through an iffy deal. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've had the phone kid be a girl, she seems to take a perverse satisfaction in saying, "oh, we can't do that" within seconds. Never an exception. NEVER.
I'm assuming this is some differential gender psychology issue, but whatever it is, it is uncannily predictable.
