Nope its 549 folks in my cart, add it to the cart, use Goblin, theres a few on clearance, decent deal. Better than the 800

It doesn't work...I tried it repeatedly during the ROUNDOUT Deal. It gets in your cart, you put in all your payment info, and then there's no stock.

I tried snagging this for $549 with the GOBLIN code. It doesn't work. When you get try to proceed with your checkout, you get an error message saying that it's unavailable. I tried to get it shipped directly to me and to a store for pick up. Too bad. It was an awesome find.

Soi here is my story. I bought a Ampeg Pf500 from GC about 3 weeks ago but was very disapointed with it on my gig Sat night. Keep cutting out whenever i really tried to dig and drive it. So i saw this and called them about this amp. Tried the local store and after about 2 days he found one in another store but he said they he couldn't get it and i should call them direct. So i call that store and they can see the amp but it is on hold someone beat me to it. So i ask can you find another. He says he can see about 18 throughout the chain. So of course i say get me one. After about a day he finds one in indiana. Of course they won't take the $100 off coupon on any closeout items but price is not 619.97. He offers a 3 year coverage dealwhich i normally never take but who knows what this head has been through and it is italian made so repairs could be a pain - this is supposedly door to door service only $99 so i figure it is kinda with it.... Now of course the sales guys has been off last 2 days so i can't tell for sure but they charged my AMEX yesterday so i assume they shipped something. Fingers crossed here. i will let you all know what if anything shows up.... but you may want and try with a salesguy on the phone like i did... delivered to my door is supposed to be $766....

I THINK I got one today. I checked the site and it said $649.99, but above it was a blurb about $100.00 off with the GOBLIN code (if the item was over $599.00). So I called to see if I was correct that I could get it for $550.00. The guy said yes, and started to process my order.

Then he said something like, "Whoa! I didn't realize how much these normally sell for." Sensing a problem, I said, "Well, I'm looking at the deal online right now". He said he'd have to talk to somebody.

Came back a few minutes later and said he had to speak to two supervisors, but they approved it. They sent me an emailed confirmation with an order number. But then I got another email saying that they have none in stock, but it would ship when they get more in. (No estimate of when that might be.) So I might eventually get one and I might not. I sure hope it works out because that is a killer deal...

I just checked with GC to see if they have an estimated date that they'll receive more in. Not expected in until late-January 2012. So it looks like I'll be waiting about 3 months. (Sigh...)

Don't be silly....you don't need to wait 3 months! Get a price quote and get it now. Unless you don't mind the wait that is.

Thanks for posting this. I managed to get it for 550 from Music123--GC was 600 with sales tax. Looking forward to trying it out

Since Markbass is now backing their warranties (e.g. you can transfer with the original receipt) I might be back on the bandwagon - really liked my F1!

I called Music123, but they refused to match the price. After speaking with a supervisor, the guy said they would match the $649.99, but wouldn't honor the extra $100.00 off with the GREMLIN code because it was a "promotion". They "don't honor promotions".

I told him that they had honored it for at least one other person. He seemed surprised. So I just told him, "Fine. I'll just give the sale to Guitar Center".

GC did move up their estimated date for receiving more from 1/23/12 to 12/1/11. So that helps...

Thanks cyclomatic, but I'll just get it from GC. With tax, it's still only $600.00. Plus, Music123 kind of irritated me when I was talking to them. Conversely, GC has been extremely helpful. I just thought if I could get it sooner from 123 PLUS $50.00 cheaper, I'd go that route. But either way, I'm getting an awesome deal. And it's no hardship at all to wait awhile since I have two great rigs already. But thanks again!
