I'm not a huge fan of music-go-round (USA), but I managed to locate (and buy) a really nice MTD Kingston 4 for $270 through their website. This store doesn't have a large inventory of nice instruments, but they do a have a few things that you can find if you take the time to look around.

While I was looking at their site, I noticed that they had a 5 string MTD Kingston listed for $300 at their Littleton, CO. site, and they had an Avatar 2x12 for $230 at their Wilkes-Barre, PA site. Shipping is reasonable, too.
Anyway, I have no affiliation with this company, other than the fact that I just bought a bass from them and was happy with the deal I got.
