Fender is often excluded from coupons like this.

Jeeze, not this again.

Of course FMIC stuff is nearly always excluded, but they will do the deal on the phone, as a rule.

I don't think there's a Squier guitar that is expensive enough to meet the conditions.

Doh. I read the code wrong. I thought it was "up to $500" not "$500 plus"

They also have a call-in coupon M123VIP for $100 off $550 or more, and I'm pretty sure that's on the total purchase, not one item.

“Exclusions” typically are less of an issue on the phone.

Is that right; %100 off of $550 or more?

%100? That'd be a helluva deal, eh?

(I fixed the typo before you posted, note the quote in your post)

So, I've been eyeballing an e-Drum kit for a few days now. Funny, because Alesis is offering a $200 instant rebate on it (not mail-in or anything like that), and before this sale hit, the price of it was listed as $799.00. Now that this sale is going on, it's up to the pre-rebate price of $999.00. Every other e-tailer is offering it at $799.00 or $795.00, so I'm doing a price match on it :P. Doubt I'll be able to stack the coupon, but it'll be nice to get a few extra bucks off. Funny how they're abusing the rebate.

I'm definitely going to give it a try, but I won't be surprised when they say "no"

Not sure how that’d be stacking coupons, as it reads like it’s a rebate from Alesis.

Besides, sales reps wouldn’t likely be aware of such a tactic, so it’s definitely worth a shot.

Best-o-luck.
