Musician's Friend - 12% off at MrRebates.com

This works, I just ordered an Ampeg BA115 combo yesterday. It was "used in mint condition" so it was already discounted. Then I got another 10% off because they are still running their additional 10% off used gear deal (CODE USED0811). THEN... since I had a MrRebates.com account activated (just signed up for this purpose) and clicked through to Musician's Friend from MrRebates.com, it somehow worked in getting me 12% off my already pretty-nicely-discounted purchase. It doesn't give you any indication that it "works" until about 24 hours later. I placed my order yesterday morning and this morning got an e-mail saying I had cash in my MrRebates account. Now granted, you have to wait 90 days to cash it out. But it is 12% of what I paid for the amp, plus an additional $5 for opening the MrRebates account.

The BA115 was "used like new" for $330.59 + $10.81 shipping (I guess it's too heavy or big to qualify for free shipping - no matter.) After the 10% MF code, 12%+$5 from Mr. Rebates, I'm paying a net amount of $267.64, so about 20% off total. (MrRebates was applied to the net price AFTER the MF discount, not including shipping.)

Yes, I just learned of MrRebates recently (and spread the word a few places, I’m sure somewhere on this forum) and made at least one purchase from MF with it.

12% is significant, especially seeing as I always utilize some kind of other sale/discount (as you did) when I make purchases.
