Hey fellow TBer's I was scoping out musicians friend stupid deal of the day, they've got a road case for $69.99, Just thought I'd pass this info along in case someone is in the market for one! Doesn't seem too bad.

In the reviews its stated its pretty heavy, and the case is plastic partially and thin metal.

I dont know if its the quality of flight case most people invision.

Priced at $84.99 at the link but $69.99 on the stupid deal of the day page. I don't think this is a very good deal. I have serious doubts that case will hold up to even very mild abuse. By mild I mean being moved from house to car to practice/gig and back. I would guess all the parts that hold that case together will be breaking within six months to a year.

These have chronic handle failure and have been sold cheaper.

Someone here griped about them a while back.

The reviews are actually bad even on the site.

I have one, not awful, but far from good. The handles are a huge fail point, I use my skb one much more, it might not be as thick but it's built a ton better
