Of all the options available I like this one least. At $399 what can you say?  On the other hand, I'm a 5'er so in the end, this is gonna be trade bait for a Fender Am Dlx Jazz V (Olympic White of course), MM ____ or possibly nice fretless.

I removed the link because I know I don't like to go to posts on here that link me to sites where the page is gone (I'm looking at you craigslist). It was George's music www.georgesmusiconline.com a local music shop where I live and it was for an American standard jazz bass in candy cola/ maple for 399.99 as mentioned and listed in the postings above. It was removed from the site at about 8:30pm last night which is also mentioned above. Because they removed the item completely, I think it was likely a pricing error and I won't be surprised if we all have canceled orders with refunds. Here's hoping for the best and that a new bass will be on my doorstep in the next few days (even though the color is pretty ugly).

JBass I don't see why you shouldn't get yours. You ordered at the listed price and in stock too. Sounds like a winner to me. I know I'm expecting an ugly Fender on my doorstep in the next couple of weeks or so.
