With a case, though not the original Peavey HS case. They've had it for a long time, at $1199, and it didn't sell at that price, so they're trying to move it out. I'd grab it, if I hadn't bought a Carvin 5 from another GC, last week. http://used.guitarcenter.com/images/...5261146_lg.jpg
