Well its a Foundation S complete with the rare machine heads and the P/J pup arrangement. Colored headstock, old style headstock, rosewood fretboard...only thing is the frets were pulled out long ago and its been gigged and recorded with *so says the seller/owner* even since with the fret areas never filled in and the fretboard never epoxied (sp) and its had/has roundwounds on it all these years. The seller has a pic of the fretboard...and for $100, and I think to someone with more experience then I, its a good deal to fix up:

He says it plays like a champ. I can't say either way as I don't know so I will let you guys be the judge.

OK, so I've got the Peavey fever. I now have 3 Foundations, A Patriot, and A Foundation/DynaBass Project I'm working on. I should be interested in this bass. I love the color, and I've wanted a fretless for some time now. But I look at it and all I can think is if I wanted another Precision Special I wouldn't have sold the one I just did. Somehow, putting a pj setup in a Foundation makes it less of a Peavey to me.
