It did not sell. $350 was the starting bid and got zero bids. Maybe he'll relist it for $250!!

And how is $350 not a sweet deal? One just like it in a different color (yes it looked MUCH better but it's just paint) sold right here on this board for $650, and it was used.

Seller doesn't have the best feedback, but that's not a bad price. Just not a great one.

Reminds me of my Millennium 4 which I purchased in extremely shopworn condition. I bought a used Mill 5 on eBay in near mint shape that was way nicer than the one I bought new in a store.

Not sure of what the shipping would be but unlike a few music stores that have put starting prices of $600+ on new old stock US Millenniums, I thought this one was reasonable and may have attracted some bidding.

I can't believe someone wouldn't grab it in the store if they put a $350 or $375 tag on it.

No. That's a great price, for a new old stock. I never saw one cheaper.

I've been through a few of these and always wind up re-selling them. I love them, but I think the 35" scale always winds up getting to me. Thankfully I've gotten them real cheap and gotten my money back + some. I'd jump on this if I were in the market for one. I'd offer the guy the $350, although the feedback makes it a little creepy. didn't read the details though.

The same bass went unbid at $349.99 the prior time he listed it. I watched it, but couldn't pull the trigger because I wanted a Millennium 5... and ended up finding one.

I agree about the 35" scale. It's the only thing I'm iffy about with my Mill+. Though otherwise the bass is just perfect.

I have seen a bit cheaper for NOS on these basses but it's been a while back. I guess it's a good thing that these aren't as popular in the general population. I'm hoping the prices stay down. I'd love to pick up another one like the one I have.

Ok, I've seen and played that actual bass at samuels in springfield Il. They had a $700 price tag on it forever. It is a nice one so IMO $350 for a NOS one isn't bad. I play only 5 strings and not a fan of baby blue basses or I'd snatch it up. I'm playing my millennium 5 99% of the time while my cirrus 5 sits unplayed.

Auction only though, no BIN. Otherwise I would have already bought it.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to mmbongo for posting!

cool to see that you got that millennium. Not cool that UPS damaged it. Hope it wasn't too bad.
What's the deal with that other thread. Did someone copy the pic from the ebay ad and list it for sale as their bass? That would be uncool if so. Maybe I'm misunderstanding that thread?

Thanks CB56....not too bad. Just a shame being there wasn't a blemish on it anywhere. It's about the size of two pencil tips placed side by side, right between the D & G tuners. About 1/4" long and black.

IDK about the other seller. I can't tell if it's a TB'er offering it for sale or the TB'er posting a CL ad quote? I'm confused, but that picture sure looks like one and the same from the one I won in the auction!

Bet they stole the pics from the ad you got yours from. I've seen it happen before. I would report it.

Reason I suggested this was the seller's feedback and it has visible scratches in a VERY tough place to buff out (hints toward the negative they received 6 months back).

It's not a bad deal (average) -- just not a swinging deal.
