I just called. Supposedly the neck on it has a bow to it and it's been adjusted as far as it'll go. So it need some TLC to be playable. I was also told that it's $799 (lower then advertised) and does come with a case. Still a good deal if you don't mind fixing it.

It's not a bow, the trusses work fine, it's twisted counter clockwise looking towards the headstock, as in you can actually see that the headstock isn't straight(!) Anyway, they've had multiple repair guys on it and sent it out for repair before with no real luck. It's being sold As Is also.
