Was just poking around Amazon and came accross this. I got excited and then realized it was a lefty

It's funny, if you call Amazon and ask about this kind of stuff they never know what they have.

Mmm, no, I mean the only picture they show is of the case, but it says you're saving like $575 off list.

Kinda high list price for a case.

Putting the ASIN into Google got me results with pictures of the bass. They should refund shipping if you get the wrong item, and the description is for a bass, and 15lb shipping weight is dead on for the right handed version.

Stilettos play great for the normal price. Worth a shot :)

That is weird, The page with the description of the bass shows a picture of the bass, but when you look at it in the cart, it shows a picture of the case. Gotta love Amazon. At any rate, I hope it turns out to be the bass ands someone gets a smokin deal.

Ok I obviously don't know with 100% certainty what is going on there, but since it's another company selling it I'm pretty sure Amazon just screwed up the listing and it is just the case. We've seen this before with guitar strings listed as bass strings, search this forum.

And they will return and refund shipping for the wrong item received, I've called and asked about stuff before and they just tell you to order it and return it if it's something else!

This is weird. I searched the ASIN code on google and every place I check showed it as being the actual bass but the picture was of the case.

zZounds said that they have gotten complaints when people order from Amazon and a case shows up at their door. I'm going to make this clear one last time: They will send you a case not a bass

Yeah it's the case but if you choose not to be it from zzounds and choose amazon instead, for $499 you apparently get the bass but that's overpriced for this one.
