That looks like it has the old SSD logo on the headstock.
About 1998 when Stuart Spector got the Spector trademark back, all Spector basses started to be made with the traditional Double S logo again.
In about 1999 the Czech Republic basses (generically called "Euros" dispite actual different model designations since) were given inlays like their US counterparts and all non-special order 5 & 6 string (US and import) basses went to 35" scale.
As always when Spector makes a change, you may find a few "transition" anomalies.
Pre-'99 Euros had dots and most still had the SSD logo.
That bass is a perfectly legit pre-1999 NS4CR.
That's a good price if there are no structural issues.
