Yeah, that was Squier’s version of a P V. Oh how I wish they made a P fiver, even a Fender MIM, I’d jump on it.

Just FYI, it's not the Protone (those are equipped with dual humbuckers and a pearl guard and trans red ash body, gold hardware), but still a good bass.

Not a protone, and not that great of a deal. These pop up for $125 all the time.

I'd like to know where you find these for $125. Cheapest I've seen is about $225 lately.
