No word on spacing. I played one at GC yesterday & it felt comfy, it was alright, not exceptional compared to the Stingray 5HS I played but that had a tag of 1750, ha ha

A friend if mine has the exact bass. It's a very nice instrument and I want to say he paid like $800 for one when they first came out.
I've picked it up once and it plays really nice.
I can't remember how the controls or the pickups were, but he always sounded good when he was playing in his band.

I called zzSounds for a price match and they sold me a sunburst 62 AVRI P-bass for $946. They would only go down to $1042 for the jazz version so I passed on that one.
