It will probably weigh less than the shipping weight, but more importantly I think this is an epic moment in bass amp pricing. This thing comes in at $.068 per watt, after tax ($248). So a 200 watt head should be around $14 with this pricing. It is also about 60% less than other online retailers are selling this for, and probably at cost or below.
That said, I doubt this is an equivalent 3600 watts to what we are used to playing. I will not gig or travel with this. I will, however, purposefully blow up an old Avatar 1x15 (if it is capable), and I will then resell it for what i paid.
