They totally burned me a couple of weeks ago on a killer deal on a used '57 AVRI. Canceled the order 24 hours after I placed it--with great excitement I might add!! Then when I phoned, the rep said, sorry, the website doesn't update in real time (!!!). You have to phone. Go figure.

I have an idea what I would like to have a black/birdseye Stingray for. They either meet it or not. Doesn't really matter whether they change their mind earlier or later - in this case.
So who bought the one today? Any disclosure? |

They had me on hold so long, I bought one off Amazon, and my boss eventually came by my office and I had to hang up. I did put in an email request, but I still haven't heard some 30 hours later....
I have Amazon Prime, so it arrived this afternoon with an extra $3.99 for shipping. Sweet! |

Can you take down the serial # so that we can recognize it if they send out the same one later? |

I saw that deal and almost pulled the trigger but I haven't played a Stingray Classic that was under 10 so that was the deal breaker for me (that and I don't love 7.25" radius). I remember in the late 90's early 00's when you could still find nice light Stingray's but I think them days is done!
