I can't tell what's wrong with the nut from the pics, but the bass is being sold as-is. But from the description, it sounds like it's plenty fine. And at 325, that's less than 60% of the going street price
(not including shipping, but does include a gigbag) -- I'm not really up on Warwick pricing, but it looks like a very good price.
