My turn....

I bought an MTD Kingston from them a few years ago. Had a pickup problem, and they made the exchange no problems. Total transaction was smooth as silk. Thanks to Beaver and Grasshopper!

Bought an amp and some effects from beaver and could not be happier. Its great to have a bass friendly store that understand the needs of todays bassist. Just one suggestion. To keep up with the bigger markets regarding instruments sale such as Musicians friend, ash and guitar center. I think they should consider or try to establish a payment plan type of system whereby a person can pay off there sale in payments within a year without interest. I think that would boost there sales 25%. When I consider a bass or amp over 2000 I will shop at musiciansfriend just for that reason. Now I am not saying musiciansfriend is better but just has more payment options. Thats all I am saying.

Nothing warms my heart like a company truly understanding a customers needs. Especially in these tough times.

Thanx to Beaver Felton (Bass Central owner), I got the understanding and patience I needed as a customer. They truly work with their customers, and good customer service goes a LONG way. Bass Central has my business, hands down. No contest.

Long live Bass Central.

1) Thanx for the comments.

2) Also, maybe we'll look into the financing thing. We've considered it in the past and I don't recall what the deal-breakers were, but may give it another shot. Thanx for the idea / input!

Thanx,
Beaver Felton

Honestly, I would hate to be Beaver Felton. When I ordered a Spector through him back in 1998, I harassed him almost every day until it arrived. I couldn't imagine having dozens of buyers nagging me for the status update of a purchase. God bless BC and Mr. Felton.
