| Bass Central's customer service is above and beyond So last week I called up Beaver to see about ordering a dargie 2 ray in to Canada. I was aware of the restrictions on shipping of LE's that EB has. Talking to Beaver, we discussed EB's policy and he came up with the idea of calling his distributor to check if the rules could be bent.
Needless to say, no dice. But did they let it drop, leaving me dargieless? No, no they did not. Beaver called me back to tell me that he could not ship it out with out violating the agreement with EB. But that they had located the last one in Ontario for me and Beaver had forwarded my info to his distributor. About 20 min later the EB rep calls to give me the info. which led me to my new stingray (pics coming in the morning)
All I can say is great job Beaver. Sorry I couldn't get you the sale. But you REALLY helped out a fellow bass player in a way allot of guys would not have done because it did not make them anything. |
