Bass Setup

Hi guys - I just got a late 70's ovation magnum-I and I'd like to get a professional setup. it may need a new nut- do you guys do this type of work or can you recommend someone in the Orlando area who I can trust with a vintage bass?

Thanks

Ovation Magnum I

Hey congrats on the new bass. Not so-new now, i guess. How do you like it? I am drooling over one right now on ebay. he wants like $1200 for it, which is why i'm hesitating. Also, i've never played one. Just seen them on youtube and some of my favorite bassists play them. How is the action? Did you get it setup yet? Any info you can give me on your experience is appreciated. What did you pay?

Thanks!

I drive my basses from Ft Lauderdale to Orlando for Bill at the guitar factory. Since Jeff Marple moved to Nashville, Bill is the closest to me that does the work right that I have experienced.
