Basscentral Check the Status

Hey Everybody This is KC from Basscentral I've been working here for a while and this is my first post so I thought I would kick this off with something cool here is a picture of a new Status Bass that we are thinking about ordering. all the Status basses we have had in stock have had one thing in common they are all GREAT for slap (I imagine this one is just as BA). this guy sells for $2999 what do you all think about it. I think it's cool, has kinda the stienburger vibe to it.

let me know what you all think.

Thanks
KC

Do they offer a five yet, 19 mm spacing? otherwise I'd be all over it.

Wow... that's pretty sexy. I wonder how the balance is in sitting position. BTW - what are the specs on that thing?

here is a little more info

it's the Status Stramline
It is a one-piece graphite moulded bass with two soap-bar pickups, master volume, pickup blend and 2-band "stack" EQ.

The 34" scale fingerboard actually has front dot markers on the current production model

that's all the info I have but you can check it out on Status's Websight they have some more pictures and info but it doesn't get rediculously technical just General info.

Also it is only in a 4 string as of now..... no ETA on a 5 and 6 but they are planning on making them.

Later KC
