As with all my transacations with Bass Central my most recent one reminded me why I continue to do business with them, the customer really does come first. Price, service, communication, follow-up, support, you name it, they do it. Attributes that you think you need to pay extra for are just what Bass Central does. I encourage anyone who is serious about developing a business relationship with a real bass store to do it with bass central.

Thanks for the kind words. In a difficult economy (or frankly, even in a 'good' economy), customer service can be a make-or-break concept.
What we can't do sometimes (match a big-box-non-profit-making-volume-sales-blow-out-price-with-free-shipping-on-an-810-to-Tasmania) we try to make up for with good prices & on-the-ball customer service and support. Good to see that it's appreciated. In all fairness, no one's perfect (us included) so while we have our 'off' days, we really try to make it a good experience for all involved.
