A Historian On Fender Jazz Bass Years

Does anyone!!! Know what year Fender made a Sunburst Jazz Bass with OVAL keys or pegs for tuning, along with DOT inlays? Instead of the pointed Keys or Pegs? Help: anyone???phargentina@aol.com

That would be a very early '66. They went to blocks and binding almost immediately but some were dots, binding, egg tuners. I know because I owned one about 4 years ago.
