Thank you, Grasshopper, for a great shopping experience floor model PJB Super Flightcase. I'm confident that I couldn't have beaten the price with any of your competitors, and the minimal price difference over used flightcases was well worth the peace of mind in getting a 2 year manufacturer's warranty. The amp arrived on time, was despite being a floor model was carefully packed with the densest packing foam that I've ever seen, and arrived with the original box, instructions, allen wrench set, and AC cord in perfect condition. Aside from a few bent and loose pins holding the cloth grates (undoubtedly from customers checking out the 5" speakers), this amp was in mint condition. Given the feedback that I've heard on Phil Jones, I'm sure he'll mail out a few new pins when he gets my warranty cards... but even if not, its a minor issue, and I'm still an extremely satisfied customer.
Sounds great with both the Rob Allen MB-2 and the Schecter Diamond California Custom, and I really love the portability that I'll get for those small to medium size gigs. While this seems to complete my ultimate rig for the kind of gigs I'm curently doing, I won't hestitate to call you guys when I'm in the market for any bass gear, and will highly recommend you to friends.
