I recently purchased a Warwick 6 space Rack bag over the phone and was very pleased with the service as it shipped that day. Upon receiving it, the plastic handle broke in shipping... Called down to Bass Central and GrassHopper resolved it immediately by shipping out a replacement from one instock. A big thanks you for getting me up and running quickly when most companies make you wait while they resolve issues through the distributor.
