Urge II

I am an vintage Jazz bass fan. I currently own 8 basses ranging from some Moonstones, Musicman, Alembic, Carvin, to name a few. I have been looking for a mid sixties Jazz but when I find them I can never afford them. My friend tells me I could hold my tastebuds over with an Urge II until I find one. What do you think?

Urge II's a great basses but I'm not sure how that's going to sound like a mid-sixties J... apples/oranges*

*both are good, both are round, both are fruit, two different flavors tho...

Hey guys. I own a Urge and it can get close to what ever sound you want. The pre amp in the bass, with the pickup configuration is truly the most versatile for any bass I have owned.
