Great guys, great to work with, awesome deals.

Oh, and a sweet selection; new, used, and rare.

I second the +1's. I don't buy a lot of high ticket items from them, but I have bought some $400-500 stuff and done a fair amount of window shopping there, and they have been as attentive to me as someone who drops $3000 on a regular basis.

Fantastic place, I live in Detroit and have only dealt with them over the phone. I've only dealt with Beaver and have never been disappointed. When I purchased a Roscoe that I *loved* the wood top on, but ended up not really liking the tone as much as other Roscoes I'd owned, a return went through with no issues. When I was in a position to order a custom Alembic Series bass, I called Beaver and actually felt good about dropping that much cash there (I had initially tried to place the order with someone at a place in the NorthWest, but the sales person actually worked hard to make sure I didn't order through them ) I usually support local businesses, but these people are running a class act with great service to bass players that can't be denied.
