Hi Jason, I'm curious as to what instrument Ms. Nettleman plays on? And perhaps some knowledge of its measurements?

I am not sure of the history of this bass--it's a very nice bass, but extremely large, especially in the shoulders. I believe that it's an Italian bass without a label, and I think that she bought it from David Gage's shop. I'll ask her and get back to you on that.
