Mona's on Monday, or Michael Daves' Jam at the Parkside Lounge on the first Monday of the Month, the Grissly Pear on Wednesdays, Sunny's on Saturdays, Paddy O'Reilly's on Sundays.

There's a bunch more too.

Not a jam, but come to Hanks Saloon in Brooklyn on the 25th. I'm on the road with my band, The Get Down Boys, come check it out!

I want to check out the Irish joint on Sunday, but I want to find a place that doesn't have a steady bass player already! Ps; that Saturday night gig is great. I got to go to it once, and they even have a house bass!

Pps; vipey23 is sending spam and if you try to tell him to stop it says he doesn't accept replies. Creepy.

I don't how it is in the bluegrass world here, but most jazz joints don't really have enough room to juggle uprights whenever somebody jumps up. Even if I'm coming from a gig and HAVE my bass, I usually find a place to stash it and play whatever's already on the stand.
