Ok, please help me out cause I might be missing something critical here, but aren't Kay guitars, like $120 guitars? Why would you want to trade a D28 for that??

I mean dude, if you're serious, and you want a "nice" Kay for that Martin, I'll have one of your choice Fedexed to your house tomorrow if you ship me that D28..

OK I volunteer to sort this guy out.

Hey SamJ, in case you hadn't noticed this is a double bass forum......

Riverbum is looking for a Kay double bass. If you want to know more type "Kay double bass" into google.

Now back to the forum...

thanks dr pig lol. i just figured samj was a bass player. you know we sometimes have a twisted sense of humor.

but seriously, this is a sweet '72 D28 with great tone and serious low end. it will stand up in the best jams if you aren't scared to get on the strings. check the youtube link to hear it being played. it is being played by a lefty but it is a right handed guitar turned upside down. it's even strung right handed. it is strange watching him play up close.
