Not bass related but...

I felt moved to share this uplifting story about our neighbor and friend Tom Adams. Tom has been a friend, a banjo teacher for my husband and a fabulous musician for many years. We have followed Tom’s career since the 1990’s and have always been dazzled by his performance. My husband and I were fortunate to witness the most awesome night of music we have ever seen in our life, the night we were part of the fifty or so audience members for the live performance at the Ragged Edge Coffee house…a night that went on to be a IBMA 2004 winning performance…it was nothing short of magic that cold March evening.

Attached is a local article from the recent Gettysburg Bluegrass festival. I hope you enjoy this uplifting story of hope and music.

Thanks for posting this. Tom was a powerhouse banjo player. We were just talking about his situation at my last bluegrass band rehearsal. It's good to know that he's found a way to continue to play the music he loves.
