There are 324 listings. Some of them are for the Senior Huskey but most are Roy Jr. I probably would have run into the yahoo listing sooner if they hadn't mispelled his name !

Gosh Cat .... now I'm flattered ... ah shucks. I always figure that someone can't bring out the best in folks unless it is already there . By the way, have you been studying your Circle of Fifths and written that bluegrass song or fiddle tune with a 1-7-3-6-2-5-1-4-flat7-flat3-1 chord progression yet ? Let me know when you git er done !

There are several good things on YouTube featuring Roy. Also, Sam Bush and Emmylou's tribute to him is there. Check them out.

That's some fine news there JT ! I can't think of a person more deserving of a personal website than your Dad. I had two country / bluegrass gigs last weekend and I listened to a fair amount of Roy Jr. in my truck on my 6-hour roundtrip journey (Mac Wiseman, Marty Stuart, Nash Ramblers, Hazel Dickens, Steve Earle, Aubrey Haynie, Circle Volume 2). I was inspired to play my old Kay at the gigs as sweet as I could. I ain't sayin' I played anywheres near as good as Roy Jr. but at least I know what it's supposed to sound like ! Keep on workin' on that website ..... git 'er done JT . I also hope you are finding some time to play the upright .... I'll bet the farm that you can hold your own on the bass pretty darn well .
