Upgrade is one word...
You capitalize the first word of every sentence...
Other than that, wait, save up as much money as you can. Nothing good comes from under 1000$ basses. Especially if you want to upgrade.

Save a bit more. Englehardt is great for bluegrass.

Where you from?

You can browse on the classifieds here. Or on Craigslist.

You'll find sweet deals every now and then. Good luck with your search!

Englehardt will serve you very well. You can find a blem for very good prices. From what I have seen the blems are hard to find. Yes it will have to be set up.

You can get a Kay for $1500. Every bluegrass bassist has had a Kay at one point or another.
