Anybody else coming to Wintergrass? Talked to Sam Grisman in the elevator - he's playing a Chadwick.. ;)

Lots of Chadwick Folding Basses at Wintergrass this year.

Eric Thorin (CFB) played great with Molly O'Brien who tied for best vocals with Jessie Alexander from 18 South. Mike Bub (also CFB) with 18 South was terrific and their guitar player, Guthrie Trapp, was the best guitar player to EVER play Wintergrass! Seriously. Unbelievably musical and with over-the-top skills, both acoustic and electric.

I sat in on a workshop Mike Bub and Eric Thorin put on at Wintergrass. I didn't really learn much but I really enjoyed visiting with both of them, and they had really good comments about the CFB's they were playing.
