*** !!! Intonation on Warwick 5 Rockbass

I just got my Warwick 5 string active rockbass from EBAY. It looks great and has that wonderful nut. The problem is I cant intonate it !!! I have never dealt with anything like this before. I tune the E string on my tuner and the 12th fret comes up a perfect D. No matter how I adjust the bridge it doesnt change. I tried different strings and Its the same thing. I have no issue with the A string but the rest are whacked. Has anyone ever run into a problem like this ?

No.

Are you able to tune to the 12th fret harmonic successfully? Have you ever done this before?
