Just want to make sure as I have it set up this way right now but now I'm second guessing myself. Paranoid.

Try tuning it instead to :E^b A^b D^b G^b and/or D^b A^b D^b G^b.

But seriously, it shouldn't be a problem.
You might find that you may need to tweak your truss rod though after a while of having it tuned like this to maintain the action you are used to.... no worries.
