14 Hole Pickguard?

So after getting my pickguard signed by a certain Mr. Wooten, I've decided that I'm going to get a new one, so as to preserve the signature. My bass is 34" P-bass, with a P pickup, J-pickup, 2 volume, 1 tone, and a 14 hole pickguard. All the searching I've done indicates that Fender doesn't actually make any basses with 14 hole pickguards, but Squier does. The problem is that mine is a Fender, and now I can't find any pickguards that actually have 14 holes.

So I guess my question is whether or not a 13 hole pickguard actually work with a 14 hole bass without any problems/ modifications to the pickguard/bass?
