1965 Fender Some Pot Noise; worry?

hi i have a 65 american fender jazz, i've noticed that when i plug it in and turn up the nobs i hear some noise coming from the pick ups, or pots..? anyway is that something i should look into, or just take into consideration that its an old bass?? im thinkin of selling it, think ill have any issues about it?

Have a good tech use some Caig Deoxit inside the pots. Do not replace them.

Yep, best way to go about it. If they are original, don't replace them. The value of this bass relies on originality.

You should be able to get them functional with some of that cleaner stuff.
