I have a '72 Ventures style and a '66 Ventures signature autographed by 3 of the original Ventures - Don Wilson, Bob Bogle and Nokie Edwards - and the original drummer's (Mel Taylor-deceased) son, Leon Taylor, who now plays drums with them. In any event, I have not communicated with him in a while, but there's a real, real nice guy in Australia that is an expert on Mosrites, in fact wrote the history book for Mosrites and identification, named Tim, that I found to be extremely helpful in getting some parts, and even a new Mosrite case a few years back.
