2007 MIM Jazz: Spare truss-rod nut?

Sign in to disble this ad
As much as I'm (carefully) tweaking the truss-rod nut on my 2007 MIM Jazz, it seems prudent to have a spare on hand, "just in case". The truss-rod isn't "creaking" yet, but I have to have the nut fairly tight to get the neck to "spec". Note: I'm using a short-handled allen-wrench, so by "fairly tight", I don't mean like putting lug-nuts on a vehicle tire...

At StewMac, I found this page: http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Truss_ro...ting_nuts.html

None of these look like the nut on a 2007 MIM Jazz, though (recessed into the headstock). Since the MIM Jazz is pretty common-place, I was wondering if anyone here had any insight. I'll call StewMac, but I wanted to check here first.
