5 string Yamaha tuning peg replacements

Sign in to disble this ad
I've decided to convert my 5 string Yamaha into a 6 string as I've found a narrow enough bridge for my purposes.

However, in order to fit 6 tuning pegs on the headstock I need smaller pegs than the stock Fender style monsters. Does anyone know what size hole Yamaha BB series pegs use or how I can check mine without taking one off? They appear to be standard 9/16"

Also where is the best deal to get the smaller Gotoh style tuning pegs? I need 4 inline and 2 on the other side. I looked at Carvin and Stewmac but hoping there is a cheaper alternative aside from the cheapo imported ones on ebay.
