'62 RI Jack plate

Hey, I did a bit of a search, but didn't really find anything.. So sorry in advance.. maybe

I was wondering if there was anywhere where I could buy the control plate of a '62 RI Jazz.. The one with only 3 holes, and the 2 stacked knobs.
I looked on allparts, but nothing.
And also, it would help if anyone knew where I could get the knobs for it too.. Or maybe find a whole control plate that's already assembled?

Allparts has them. Do you have the catalogue or did you look online? Call them if you want to find out. They only list the most popular items online. My buddy is a dealer and it's in his book.

I think that HAs sells a completely wired plate. I bought a pair of them from Swpyne last winter and I recall them having the HAS Sound sticker on them.
