70s split-shaft Jazz knobs

I'm looking to replace my stock Jazz knobs with the numbered, start-style knobs from the 70s. The only ones I can find are genuine Fender, but designed to fit split-shafts, whereas my 2011 MIM has solid shafts. Will these fit?

I guess the question should be, will these work as a push-on option. I could use strat knobs, but really want to recapture the original 70s vibe. Just wondering if anyone had tried them; no match for solid shaft to be found on the net.
