These are the worst part on this otherwise excellent bass!

What are the best direct replacements - same look, size, hole size etc???

I use Hipshot tuners on both of mine ...

I agree with Kenny. I put these on everything I have. The one pictured will fit a CIJ 75 with no drilling. I have one and changed them out the first week I had it. Excellent product!
