I need to loosen the trussrod on my acoustic bass. My question is: with the nut at the bottom of the fretboard (in the body of the bass) as opposed to at the headstock like I'm used to, which way do I turn the allen wrench? If I would usually turn the allen wrench counter clockwise at the headstock to loosen it, does that mean that looking at it from below do I turn it clockwise? I'm confused. If someone could provide a clear explanation I'd appreciate it. Thanks. |
