Acoustic bass tuning key broke

Sign in to disble this ad
Tonight the D tuning key broke on my Squier acoustic bass. Honestly I wish the tuning machines weren't replaceable, because I'm just looking for an excuse to upgrade.

I'm kind of stuck in the middle on this one. I've sunk some money into this bass, and it now plays better than the same model Fender. Still, it has its weaknesses, and I'd really like to get a new acoustic.

Ho hum, for now I suppose I can replace the tuner(s). Should I replace only the one that broke, or all 4?

Thanks

If you can find direct replacement or if you can stand to have one tuner that looks different replace just the one, if not replace all of them.
