Acquiring fretless neck

Ok this is the thing, I live in Costa Rica and because of that acquiring bass parts is almost impossible. Only generic and unknown brands come down here and the service is basically nonexistent. My brother is staying 3 or more weeks in California. I was just simply wondering if some of you know where I can order a fretless neck, 24 frets, lined for a vintage Fender precision clone body that I own. I really can´t afford more than 50-70 bucks but if I have to spend more, I will. I also want to make it a piccolo bass, a simple forth higher tone that will make an interesting instrument. My question, regarding the fact that I live so far away and don´t have much knowledge of music stores in the US, is where can I find a fretless lined neck and a special nut designed for piccolo basses?. Tried the internet but my connection is so slow it´s just useless.
